01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on eq98, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and eq98. If you are unsure about any part of these terms, please contact the support team before proceeding.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and eq98.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on eq98, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial organisation.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person for the purpose of placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an eq98 employee where that creates a conflict of interest.

eq98 makes no representation that the services described on this platform are appropriate or legal in any jurisdiction outside of the platform's intended market. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws. eq98 does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any gaming licence issued by the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority.

03 Account Registration

Each person may open one account only. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the point of registration, including your real name, date of birth and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the eq98 support team immediately.

eq98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including copies of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits

All deposits to your eq98 account must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using one of the supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit card, or supported mobile wallets. Deposits from third-party payment sources — meaning methods not registered in your own name — are not permitted.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits process instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your wallet.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your game wallet and used in bets, games or other platform activity.
• eq98 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made using methods that appear to be associated with fraud, money laundering or account abuse will be reversed and the account placed under review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details held on your eq98 account. eq98 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal is processed, eq98 may require identity verification to be completed if it has not been done previously. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Same-day processing applies to most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day.
• eq98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Withdrawals that are flagged during fraud monitoring checks may be held pending investigation. eq98 will communicate the reason for any hold and the steps required to resolve it.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

eq98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts, Bingo free tickets and VIP cashback. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Only one active welcome bonus applies per person. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts are treated as bonus abuse.
• Free bet tokens are non-withdrawable. Only winnings from a free bet (not the stake itself) are credited as real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met are voided.
• eq98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, any qualifying activity already completed will be honoured at the time of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting to meet requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that exploits promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on eq98 are subject to the following general rules. Specific market rules for cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports are available within the sports section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted and settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. eq98 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets are settled at the combined odds of all selections. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated at the remaining selections.
• eq98 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors in the odds — for example, prices that were significantly lower than the true market price due to a technical error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

08 Bingo Rules

Bingo rooms on eq98 operate according to the rules displayed within each specific room. The following general conditions apply to all Bingo activity on the platform:

• Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Pre-bought tickets are valid for the scheduled game only and cannot be transferred to another session.
• Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are final once a game is complete.
• Free ticket promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including any wagering requirement on resulting winnings.
• Jackpot prizes in special Bingo events are subject to the room's specific jackpot rules, which are displayed before ticket purchase.
• eq98 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Bingo sessions due to technical issues. In such cases, ticket costs are refunded in full.

09 Fish Games Rules

Fish Games on eq98 involve real-money play where the outcome of each shot is determined by a certified RNG combined with player targeting decisions. The following rules apply:

• All bullets fired cost real PKR from your account balance. Bullet costs are displayed clearly before and during each game.
• Multiplier values for each fish species are displayed within the game. The actual multiplier for Boss fish is randomly assigned within the stated range at the time of each Boss spawn.
• In multi-player rooms, the full prize for a fish kill goes to the player who lands the final hit. There is no prize split.
• Special weapons (tornado bombs, electric nets, rockets) cost additional bullets per use. Costs are shown before activation.
• RNG certification and return-to-player (RTP) information for each Fish Games title is available on request from the support team.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eq98 and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds without notice:

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or technical malfunctions to gain credits or benefits not legitimately earned.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information at registration or during identity verification.
• Attempting to place bets after an event outcome is known (known as "past posting").

11 Account Suspension and Closure

eq98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Unusual account activity that triggers fraud monitoring alerts.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant authorities.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, any funds in the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. Where a suspension is resolved in your favour, your account will be reinstated and access to your funds restored. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to a breach, funds may be voided in line with the specific term that was breached.

12 Responsible Gaming

eq98 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools for adult members who wish to manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own private enjoyment. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution or any activity that exploits the platform's content for purposes other than personal gaming.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq98 shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions or downtime affecting access to the platform.
• Losses resulting from bets placed during a period when odds or prices were in error due to a technical fault.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Any losses related to your use or inability to use the platform that are not directly caused by eq98's own negligence.

eq98 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. eq98 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

15 Changes to These Terms

eq98 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Where a change is significant, eq98 will notify active members via their registered contact details or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account. Any bets already placed at the time of an update will be settled under the terms that were in force at the time of placement.
